I’ve seen what happens when the system isn’t working.
Throughout my career, I’ve led complex programs and worked alongside teams responsible for delivering results under real pressure. I kept seeing versions of the same problems: processes that had become too complicated, teams working around broken systems, information that didn’t flow where it needed to, technology that wasn’t solving the real problem, and leaders trying to make decisions without a clear picture of what was actually happening.
I’ve experienced the impact firsthand—on my programs, on my teams, and on the organizations we were working to serve. That’s a big part of why I do this work today.
I’m an Industrial & Systems Engineer, licensed Professional Engineer, and MBA with 19+ years of experience across aerospace, medical devices, manufacturing, technology, consulting, and entrepreneurship. My training taught me to look beyond the immediate problem and understand how people, processes, technology, and data work together as a system.
My approach is simple: understand what’s happening, follow the evidence, find what’s driving it, and build a practical path forward.
